About Me

This page will mostly show my bad habbits, and some good ones too!!!

My name is Michael McMillan, 2nd born toWilly and Laura McMillan on a stormy January 18th, 1982. They say that makes me 22, but I don't believe them...

I grew up in a small Hamlet called Algoma Mills On. with my parents and 2 brothers, Laurence and Willy. I went to french school all the way through to grade 12. Graduated from Ecole Secondaire Jeunesse Nord in Blind River On. I then moved to the great Niagara Falls, and lived with my God Father, Michel Roux. I worked as a Porter, Cook, door to door vacuum and knife sales, telemarketing and my favorite, an all female employed shoes store called Nine West...I loved that one... Anyway, I moved to Sudbury On. with my wonderful girlfriend Jenny Giroux. We are still here, and are both working. Hopefully we'll be attending school in the next century, but we'll see how it goes, ya know? Anyway, enough of the Bla Bla Bla... Heres some pics. Check'em out!

What's with the Ego?

For my Mothers sake, I decided to put in a nice picture of myself. You know how that is eh? Anyway, that's the softer side of me! See Mom, there is a nice guy in there somewhere!

When I turned 12 years old, I followed in my brother Larrys footsteps and joined the Royal Canadian Air Cadets. I learned a lot in a short period of time, and was recognized as a devoted and respected cadet. I was given the following awards throughout the course of my cadet career: Citizenship, Leadership, Band and Top cadet in my last year. I played the snare drum in the band, and later went on to joining a classic rock band in Niagara Falls, where we would play at local bars. I was also the drill instructor for our drill team. We attended an annual competition called "Tri-Service", and couldn't seal the deal for 1st place. It was hard being such a small cadet squadron, competing against all the other big squadrons like Sudbury and Sault-Ste-Marie. We were just the small 696 Goldenwing air cadet squadron, with only about 30 - 40 cadets, but we never cared about that. We always had fun everywhere we went. Throughout my 8 years as a cadet, I was fortunate enough to have been able to travel to such places as: St-Jean Quebec, Greenwood Nova-Scotia, and many different camps around Ontario. I, like every other cadet turning 19 years old, had to retire. I was sad to have to leave, but I had accomplished so much, that it left me feeling quite satisfied. I retired as Chief Warrant Officer 1st class, which is the highest rank given in the cadet association. When I go home for visits, I always try to go check out how the new group of cadets are doing, and lend a hand in teaching when I can. I hope to one day, when I have kids of my own, to participate in the cadet
